Payment

  • Payment is paid in full before any work begins.

  • All payments are made through PayPal only.

  • Once payment is received, and agreement signed. I will begin your commission. All commissions start in the order of payment received, please be patient. I do not perform refunds, please ensure you're fully committed to working with me before you send your payment.

  • I may refuse to work on your commission if slots are full.

  • Extra charges will be applied on:
    - Additional Characters +$$
    - Backgrounds (Simple only) +$$
    - Props +$$

  • Reference, pose samples, and character details must be provided in the Commission Request Form before I begin your commission.

  • A sketch will be sent before proceeding with the line art or coloring.

  • Revisions:
    - 2 revisions during the sketching stage. Upon approval of the sketch, no further revision will be made.
    - 1 revision can be on the complete version.

  • Work time frame is 1 to 2 weeks. But may change depending on the complexity of the commission.

  • The client will only receive a DIGITAL COPY of their commission via e-mail.

  • The commission is for personal use only. Printing and re-selling or claiming it as your own work is PROHIBITED.

  • I have the rights (copyright) to the sketches, finished product, or other material included in the commission.

  • In an instance that the client wants rights or mass produce the commission, a fee will be placed to transfer copyright to the client.

  • Rude or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. I have the right to refuse or terminate my services.
